| Popis: | PCORI seeks a rapid review to assess the effectiveness of synchronous audio-only care compared with in-person or video care and other usual care for managing mental health, cataloging impacts of audio-only care as well as how impacts vary for patients at risk for health disparities. The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency necessitated a shift in healthcare delivery from in-person care to telehealth-enabled care, including both video-based and audio-only care. Audio-only care may be particularly important for vulnerable patients who have continued challenges to accessing video-based care. PCORI seeks a compressed timeline so that it can quickly identify gaps, prioritize future research, and provide timely evidence to inform existing health policy questions. |
