Popis: | With the development of social economy and science and technology, the crane intelligent control technology plays very important role in lifting transportation industry and field operations. The current development situation of crane control technology at home and abroad is analyzed. A crane intelligent control system based on CAN bus is researched and developed. The self-leveling control of supporting plane, load testing, safe limit control in the process of operation and real-time detection of state parameter, failure warming function in the process of the machine running are realized adopting advanced micro electronic technology, intelligent control technology and communication technology. The success of the system development will help reduce the driver's labor intensity and level of operation requirements and improve the working efficiency and operation safety of the crane. The international competitiveness of domestic crane products will be greatly improved. |
