| Popis: | One hundred and seventy patients with the consequences of polystructural injuries of forearm were under our observation. 53.3 % of patients had disablement category. In most of the cases it was the III category of disabilement (47.7 %), 5.6 % of patients had the II category. Systematization of detected violations helps to determine the tactics of surgical treatment of long-term consequences of polystructural injuries. Application of the offered tactics for reconstructive procedures taking into account the severity and nature of the damage, as well as carrying out of the rehabilitation complex in the postoperative period significantly improved recovery of upper limb function in hand trauma by 12.1 %, in forearm injuries by 13.1 %. The assessment of the long-term results in the general observations demonstrated treatment positive results in 81.2 % of patients. It made possible to recover the working capacity in 35.4 % of persons with disabilities. |
