Popis:	A kind of new, high permittivity X 7 R dielectric material with intermediate sintering temperature has been synthesized in the system PbO-BaO-SrO-Nb 2 O 5 , taking the TTB structure Pb x Ba y Sr z Nb 10 O ao (1.75≤x≤2, 1.25≤y≤2, 1≤z≤1.75) as the major phase.
