| Popis: | This procedure involved the preparation of a 3% saline solut ion. EDTA-anticoagulated blood was used. The blood was centrifuged, and the plasma removed. Then a two-part saline, one-part packed cell di lut ion was made. The di lut ion was gently mixed and allowed to stand for at least onehalf hour. Although 12 hours is necessary for good C crystal manifestation, crystals can be seen after one-half hour. |
