A retrospective analysis of the microbial landscape and antibiotic resistance of the main pathogens of asymptomatic bacteriuria of pregnant women for the period 2013-2016 was carried out. It has been shown that Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus agalactiae are the main causative agents of latent bacteriuria in pregnant women. In addition, during the analyzed period, there is a gradual increase in the resistance of E. coli and Streptococcus agalactiae to all groups of antibiotics, Staphylococcus aureus - to cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones. |
