| Popis: | The aim of the research is to identify organizational and economic features and approaches to the management of the educational process in HEIs in Ukraine. Methodology. The study used a mixed design to analyze and evaluate the organizational and economic features and approaches to the management of the educational process. Results. The study highlights the general features and approaches to the management of the educational process in HEIs in Ukraine in the context of European integration. Among the key changes in management is the introduction of the basic principles of the European Higher Education Area for the modernization of the higher education system. It is based on standards and recommendations for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The main content of higher education is determined by the standards of higher education of the new generation, which are based on a competency-based approach to education. Ukraine has experimentally introduced a dual form of higher education. |
