Popis: The large-diameter plain round CFRP tendon has a smooth surface, high bearing capacity and is difficult to anchor. To investigate the anchoring performance of mechanically clamped anchors on this type of tendon, researchers studied the anchoring performances of CFRP tendon wedges and compressed anchors. In this paper, CFRP tendon wedge type and compressed type anchors were designed and fabricated, and their anchoring performances were compared and tested. Three kinds of test pieces were made for each type of anchor. The tendons required for the test were plain round CFRP tendons with a diameter of 12.7 mm. The test results show that the wedge anchor has a poor clamping effect on the plain round CFRP tendon with a diameter of 12.7mm, and the CFRP tendon and the wedge will slip. The small deformation formed inside the compressed anchor will directly engage the surface of the CFRP tendon, which will improve the anchoring performance, but at the same time it will damage the surface of the CFPR tendon. The clamping effect is relatively good, reaching about 76% tensile strength of the CFRP tendon. To further improve the anchoring performance, researchers could cover the surface of the CFRP tendon with a protective sleeve.
