| Popis: | A 53-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with intermittent upper abdominal pain for over one month in addition to on and off fever and vomiting in the past two days. Physical examination revealed tender point over subxiphoid area. Blood test showed leukocytosis (white blood cell count 15.3x109/L). Routine point-of-care ultrasonography was performed. |
