Popis: | Obliterative appendicitis is a condition where the lumen of the appendix is filled (obliterated) with adipose tissue, neural tissue and cells of lymphoid series. Obliterative appendicitis also can present with pain and/or as a case of acute abdomen. The present study reports cases of obliterative appendicitis operated during the period from January 2013 to March 2014. |
