Popis: Diabetic retinopathy is a disorder that causes diabetes, which includes abnormalities in the retina that trigger vision problems. This paper presents a technique by recognizing the lesions present in the retina and afterwards surveys the influenced retina as indicated by the diabetic retinopathy of various sorts. The current approach identifies the symptoms associated with retinopathy for diabetics. The novelty of the proposed technique is the execution of the particle swarm optimization (PSO) clustering algorithm for detecting diabetic retinopathy in raspberry pi. The outcomes guaranteed the identification and the grade-severity categorization of the diabetic retinopathy execution of the presented PSO clustering model on the publicly available dataset with extreme accuracy, recall and specificity of 99.99%, 99.8% and 99.1%, respectively.
