Popis: The Process has undergone and has undergone numerous changes over time to adapt to the needs of society itself. The Code of Civil Procedure was a Code more ingrained in forms, and this excessive formalism no longer corresponded to social concerns. With the advent of the 1988 Constitution, there was a more principiological view of the Brazilian legal system, since CF 88 has principiological contours, which led to the need to change the interpretation of the entire legal system and, consequently, the need of a civil process guided in this way. With the advent of the Civil Procedure Code of 2015, a radical change in the process is seen, with the election of several basic principles and a new vision of the process itself.
