Popis: | The socio-spatial segregation in State of Rio de Janeiro introduce different scenarios as a result of peculiarities that influence the dynamics of the territory and consequently the life of the local population. The Vale do Paraiba Fluminense, located south of the State of Rio de Janeiro, has development introduced by industries intensifies this process of socio-spatial segregation that intensify the process of socio-spatial segregation. Therefore, for understand and measure the phenomenon this article uses the factorial analysis that identifies two factors: i) related to household infrastructure, and ii) related to the socioeconomic profile of the resident population; and then apply the kriging to these factors treating them as an ongoing process in space that has isotropic variability. For the semi-variance function, the spherical model was adequate and showed that Factor 1 related the segregation between neighborhoods and between the municipalities, with a range of 39,812 meters. Factor 2 related portrays within neighborhoods segregation, whereas the range was fond to be 2399 meters. |
