| Popis: | The Euclid mission has been proposed as a powerful probe of Dark Matter and Dark Energy, using complementary space-borne imaging and spectroscopy techniques. The mission concept is being assessed as part of the European Space Agency (ESA) Cosmic Visions 2015-25 programme. The mission concept is described, including some of the critical trade-offs. The scientific performance predictions are briefly presented. |
