Popis: | The two biological agents Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis used for controlling of tomato damping-off disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani (4 isolates) , Acremonium sp ., Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium proliferatum. The results of laboratory tests showed inhibited the mycelium growth of fungal pathogens using T. harzianum which inhibited. The inhibition of the fungal growth by bacterium B. subtilis was ranged 92.33 – 100 %. In the greenhouse experiment, results the bacterium B. subtilis decreased the percentage of pre-emergence damping-off in a rate ranged 6.67 – 13.33 % compared with untreated control which ranged from 30.00 – 40.00 %. The percentage of infection using the bio-agent T. harzianum at concentrations of 5 and 10 g/kg seed were 3.33 – 16.67 % compared with untreated control which ranged 30.00 – 40.00%. Regarding the post-emergence infections, the percentages of infections were 0 % for all treatments compared with untreated control which ranged 0 – 6.67%. This proves that the efficiency of the two methods in controlling the percentages of infections in high degrees against all pathogenic fungi. |
