Environmental impact assessment materials should describe and evaluate possible human induced changes in their components. These materials are methodologically underdeveloped in Russia. Therefore, this raises some difficulties in these sections of the pre-project documentation. The article contains the authors’ approach and a list of criteria for the successful development of the subsections under consideration as regards the authors’ experience and synthesis of current methods, techniques, and regulatory mechanisms. |
