Popis: | The repeated dose inhalation toxicity of a white smoke, containing cinnamic acid, has been studied in mice, rats and guinea pigs. The smoke was of low lethal toxicity in the mice and rats, but there was an excess of early deaths amongst the guinea pigs dosed at the highest smoke concentration (304 mg/m 3 ). Organ-specific changes attributable to the test material were generally confined to the respiratory tract. |
