Popis: | Photoionization and fragmentation of CHF 2 Cl were studied with photoionization mass spectroscopy (PIMS) and photoionization efficiency spectroscopy (PIES) at NSRL. Ionization potential of CHF 2 Cl was obtained and major fragment ions CHF 2 + , CHFCl + , CHF + , and CF + were observed with their appearance energies, respectively. Dissociation energies of some possible dissociation channels were deduced. The processes of photoionization and fragmentation of CHF 2 Cl are discussed based on the comparison between determined appearance energies and energies predicted by the Gaussian-2 calculations. |
