On 52 p., 13 figures, 2 tables The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the automation of business processes of the company «Svyatogor». Tasks of work: 1. The study of modern automation capabilities of business processes and related software products. 2. Comparison of IP implementation methodologies and project management methodologies. 3. The study of the company and the rationale for the automation of business processes. 4. Description of automation. 5. Modeling the architecture of the as-is enterprise. 6. Modeling enterprise architecture to-be. 7. Development of recommendations for project management. 8. Assessment of the effect of automation. Work is performed on the basis of the «Svyatogor» facility. Methods: comparative analysis, modeling of business processes. The main results of the work: 1. The AS-IS and TO-BE model is built, the need for automation of the application process is justified. 2. The expediency of choosing a means of automation is proved. 3. Recommendations on project management are given. 4. An assessment of the effectiveness of the project. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of automation: reducing the cost of production, expanding the customer base, increasing productivity. |
