Development of feed industry is the way to achieve sustainable development of animal husbandry.and mixer has a pivotal role in this process. In this paper, optimization factors were the speed of mixer(32-68r/min), the mass of mixing material(6-14kg) and mixing time(10-480s) while investigated responses was mixing uniformity.The order of strength and the best valve of the factors when mixing were determined to obtain. The order was found to be the mass of material first,the speed of mixer second, and then mixing time and the best values of factors were found to be mass of mixing material of 14kg with speed of 36.48r/min for the mixing time of 3min. At this the best point, the The coefficient of variation were found of 8%. This paper provides a theoretical basis for further study on feed mixing equipment and technology for mixing process. |
