Popis:	This article deals with the problem of non-formal education and analyzes the results of implementing the concept of a mechanism for improving non-formal education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). based on the traditions of the titular people. The author considers the state and prospects of development of the project of the strategic development plan of the Republic, which has three directions: education, training and health improvement.
