The paper considers an actual problem associated with the automatic regulation of uneven rotation rating of diesel engine fuel pump camshaft on an operating engine in order to improve the performance of vehicle engines operating part load and at partial speed rates. To improve diesel engines technical performance, a device has been proposed that allows to control special drive of vehicle's diesel pump camshaft uneven rotation. For this purpose, an additional moderator has been developed that changes the maximum gearing ratio and the injection advance angle depending on engine crankshaft rotational rate. |
