Popis: Constitutive relations of the mechanic behavior of blood and blood vessels have been examined here as the basis for shaping the problem. When there is blood flow in the vessel, the surface of the cross section depends on local pressure which is determined by the conditions on the edges and by the law of energy loss due to the viscosity friction. The shape of the vessel is adapted according to the equation of continuity. Wide blood vessels form an elastic chamber entered by a large quantity of blood, deforming it so that the kinetic energy obtained by the pumping effect presses the blood into smaller vessels.
