Popis: Introduction. The main role in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive organs belong antibiotic therapy, which is effective only long-term concentrations of the drug in the center of microbial inflammation. The introduction of methods directed transport of antibiotics to create high concentration of the drug in the inflammation area.Aim. Improved treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive organs through the use of directed transport of antibiotics in autologous cell suspension of blood.Materials and methods. A clinical and laboratory examination of 100 women of reproductive age with inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive organs (study group) and 20 healthy women were the control group. Methods – bacterioscopic, bacteriological, immunofluorescence, enzyme immunoassay, statistical.Research results. Women are the main group divided into two subgroups: the first subgroup – 50 patients, who in addition to traditional treatments conducted directed transport of antibiotics; second subgroup (comparison) – 50 patients who underwent anti-inflammatory treatment according to traditional methods. Methods directed transport of antibiotics is the intravenous use of prepared homogeneous mass suspension of blood cells with an antibiotic. As a result of the treatment in 84% ± 4,2 first subgroup of patients noted the positive dynamics of clinical status at 2-3 days after 1-2 sessions CT antibiotics. Among other subgroups of patients, the positive dynamics of clinical status at 2-3 days was observed in 68% ± 5,4 (p
