ÐÑоведен анализ пÑоÑеÑÑа внепеÑной обÑабоÑки полÑпÑодÑкÑа даннÑÑ Ð¼Ð°Ñок ÑÑалей. ÐÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑекомендаÑии по коÑÑекÑиÑовке Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸ÑеÑкого ÑоÑÑава Ñлака. ÐодобÑан опÑималÑнÑй ÑоÑÑав ÑаÑиниÑовоÑного Ñлака в ÑооÑвеÑÑÑвии Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñми ÑÑебованиÑми. The study considers the approach to finding the optimal composition of the refining slag for out-of-furnace steel treatment to improve product quality. The tasks that were solved during the study: â to consider the parameters of the slag induced during the out-of-furnace steel treatment; â to investigate the influence of slag composition on various factors of out-of-furnace steel treatment (ladle lining durability, content of non-metallic inclusions in finished metal, heat losses, degree of metal desulfurization) and quality of finished products; â to select the optimal composition of the refining slag that meets the necessary requirements. Under the conditions of OMZ-Special Steels LLC, data were collected (compositions of induced refining slags) on the out-of-furnace processing of an intermediate product to produce steels of grades 10GN2MFA and 15H2NMFA. The analysis of the out-of-furnace processing of the intermediate product of these steel grades is carried out. Recommendations for adjusting the chemical composition of the slag are given. The optimal composition of the refining slag was selected in accordance with the necessary requirements. |
