Popis: Polyaniline (PANI) doped zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocomposite (PZO) was prepared by electrochemical deposition method. The Polyaniline nanocomposite was characterized by using UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy, Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The XRD result confirms that the changes of structural phase due to metal nanoparticles. Absorption and band gap are studied by UV-Visible spectroscopy. The FTIR results reveals the chemical interaction of PANI nanocomposites with the addition of concentration. FESEM shows the shape changes from grain to small rod shape structure due to addition of nano concentration. These obtained results were confirmed that PANI nanocomposite is suitable candidature for energy storage applications.
