Popis: В работе представлены разделы проектной документации на строительство высотного здания гостиницы в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 № 87. Разработаны Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения, проект организации строительства, мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности и доступу инвалидов, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð² по устройству котлована, смета на строительство объекта. Целью работы, помимо разделов проектной документации, является изучение методов бесконтактного обслуживания и способов размещения капсульного типа. Задачи, которые Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ было решить для достижения данной цели: 1. Проанализировать способы организации бесконтактного обслуживания посетителей. 2. Разработать объемно-планировочные и инженерно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ решения при организации бесконтактного обслуживания посетителей. 3. Рассчитать Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-экономические показатели объекта исследования. Работа проведена методом анализа способов бесконтактного обслуживания и капсульного размещения, а также методом сравнения ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑÐ¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¿Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð±Ð¾Ð² обслуживания и размещения в гостинице с бесконтактными способами и капсульным размещением. В результате работы были разработаны разделы проектной документации в соответствии с Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¼ заданием, изучены методы бесконтактного обслуживания в гостинице, а также разработаны объемно-планировочные и инженерно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ решения в гостинице при организации бесконтактного обслуживания посетителей и капсульного размещения.
The paper contains sections of design documentation for the construction of a high-rise hotel building in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.02.2008 No. 87. Architectural and structural solutions, a project for organizing construction, measures to ensure fire safety and access for disabled people, technology of construction processes for the construction of a pit, have been developed, estimate for the construction of the facility. The goal of the thesis is not only to compile sections of project documentation but also to study the methods of contactless maintenance and methods of placement of the capsule type. Tasks that needed to be solved to achieve this goal: 1. To analyze the ways of organizing contactless customer service. 2. To develop space-planning and engineering solutions for the organization of contactless customer service. 3. To calculate the technical and economic indicators of the object of research. The work was carried out by the method of analyzing the methods of contactless service and capsule placement, as well as by comparing the classical methods of service and hotel accommodation with contactless methods and capsule placement. As a result of the work, sections of the project documentation were developed in accordance with the terms of reference, methods of contactless service in the hotel were studied, as well as space-planning and engineering solutions were developed in the hotel for organizing contactless customer service and capsule accommodation.
