Popis: 1. Various terminal amides of the di- and tridesoxynucleotide 5'-phosphates can be used for the chemical matrix synthesis of oligodesoxynucleotides. The principal reaction is dimerization. 2. The yields of the dimers decrease sharply if the amides of the dinucleotides are used as the starting materials.
