Popis:	The rich spin structure of vector meson photoproduction allows for a systematic analysis of the angular and energy dependence of the spin observables in the photon-nucleon c.m. frame. Constraints for spin observables based on positivity of the spin density matrix, are discussed and should be part of any future analysis of experimental data.
