Popis: Setting up and the development of a firm is a complex process which requires skills such as creativity, analysis, planning. The planning is the essence of a good management. It represents an objective based process which aims at the involvement and the commitment concerning the objectives, having results and communication both internally and externally. In the situation in which the most effective objectives suggest a competition, the plan, an instrument in the planning process, represents the description and the reason of a vision and a basis for communication. The business plan is therefore a logical scheme of action on the business perspective, an instrument of the firm for the accomplishment of its objectives, the efficiency of the "developed" business and the capitalization of the opportunities.
