Popis: | This paper summarizes the results of investigation of thrombin-induced platelet aggregation in the absence and presence of magnesium sulfate, acetylsalicylic acid, and emoxypine. Magnesium sulfate, as well as acetylsalicylic acid and emoxypine, were shown to reduce the degree of platelet aggregation when used individually, while the combined action of these three substances did not have a similar effect. The data obtained can be used for selection of ischemic stroke treatment strategies. |
