Popis: | Complex formation of cellular phospholipid with 3,5,7,4′-tetrahydroxyflavonol (kaempferol); 3,5,7,3′,4′-pentahydroxyflavonol ′quercetin); and 3,5,7,3′,4′,5′-hexahydroxyflavonol (myricetin) was studied using quantum chemistry and 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was shown that complexes form through π-electron systems. Chemical shifts of 13C nuclei in various rings of the flavonoids and the choline of phosphatidylcholine that were generated through complex formation were determined. It was established that the most probable complex was that where ring C interacts with choline; ring A, simultaneously with the phosphate of phosphatidylcholine. |
