Popis:	This paper describes the design and performance of balanced mixers for use in the frequency ranges 27 to 40 GHz and 60 to 90 GHz. The transmission medium used is integrated finline which is potentially cheap to produce and has lower loss than microstrip while remaining compatible with beam lead diodes. The performance obtained is comparable with that obtained using conventional techniques but the low cost circuit technology is suitable for mass production.
