Popis: | POMME is the first calibrated deuteron polarimeter using a d + carbon semi-inclusive scattering reaction. We present the results of its calibration in the region T d = 150–700 MeV, with the polarized deuteron beam from the synchrotron Saturne. A parametrization of the measured analyzing powers, and a discussion of the obtained efficiency and figure of merit are also given. |
