The launch of the new Graduate studies in the context of the convergence process of European Higher Education Area requires from the various branches of law, a revision of traditional educational patterns. Thus, it becomes necessary to reformulate the role of university professor and has to reconstruct the ideas of teaching, in particular the Labour and Social Security Law. Something that requires , on one hand, a new general reflection on teaching and student learning and, secondly, a new design of teaching tools and formats from new methodological options. |
