Popis: | The work represents an electrochemical determination of paracetamol at nanoclay modified graphite electrode. Voltammetric techniques like cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to perform the experiment. The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol shows a sharp peak in pH 5 phosphate buffer solution of 0.02 M ionic strength. Further, influences of other parameters were performed. Based on the obtained results, a probable electrochemical mechanism was proposed. Differential pulse voltammetric method was used to perform analytical applications. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were calculated. The present work may be helpful in clinical trials. |
