Popis: In modern conditions, one of the most urgent and pending tasks is to improve the mechanism for the development and implementation of strategic programs in firms and companies in accordance with the appropriate market level. Factors necessary to show competing compa- nies whether they are strong or weak recommend the development of a strategic group card. This method allows you to get a visual idea of the industry as a whole and the companies involved. This is especially impor- tant when the number of companies entering the industry is large and it is difficult to compare them individually on individual indicators. The position of each company in the general field (low level, medium level and high level) is known and their competitiveness is determined. Knowing the activities of the closest competitors in the business and their short-term and long-term strategic plans is one of the most important aspects of maintaining competitiveness. The study and analysis of compettors' activities is the basis for each company to determine the right strategy.
