Excitation energy structure of the photosysthem II reaction center: excitons and charge-separated states

Popis: Based on the linear and transient absorption spectroscopy experiments, as well as applying the differential evolution optimizer, the photosystem II reaction center exciton model of energy transport and charge separation processes was created by fitting the data. The modified Redfield theory is used to calculate the relaxation rates. The spatial arrangement of chlorophylls was taken from the latest crystal structure.
