The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: Development of measures for the development of the personnel managementsystem at the enterprise (on the example of ORIMI TRADE LLC). The aim of the graduate qualification work is develop measures forthe development of the personnel management system at the enterprise (usingthe example of ORIMI TRADE LLC). The work has been carried out on the materials ofORIMI TRADE LLC. Research methods used: general scientific research methods wereused: SWOT analysis, data collection and processing, methods for evaluatingthe effectiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work:- development of general cultural and professional competencies inaccordance with the direction of bachelor's training;- search for information, collection and analysis of data necessaryfor carrying out specific calculations;- general characteristics of ORIMI TRADE LLC, analysis of thefinancial and economic activities of the enterprise and identification of themain problems requiring managerial intervention;- development of recommendations for the development of apersonnel management system for the company ORIMI TRADE LLC;- evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application âthe possibility of implementing the proposed measures for the developmentof the personnel management system at the enterprise (using the example ofORIMI TRADE LLC). Conclusions of graduate qualification work. All the measuresdeveloped within the framework of this work are aimed at improving thepersonnel management strategy, increasing the interest of personnel insolving the tasks facing the ORIMI TRADE LLC, focusing on improvingpersonal efficiency and promoting the company's products to the market. |
