Formation and exhaustion of spring cereal grains in the Cis-Urals

Popis:	Data are given on the formation and outflow of grain of new varieties of spring cereals differing in earliness in the Cis-Urals. It is shown that the maximum 1000 grain weight both for varieties and crops is formed in different ripening stages (end of doughy state to middle of wax ripeness). Outflow of caryopsis weight also depends on the variety and crop and begins at a 30% grain moisture content and averages 8–16%.
