The development of information and communication technology is also very profitable compared to manual or traditional methods. This is evidenced by the faster people get information through various information and communication technologies which are getting better. This study aims to analyze the innovations made by the Regency / City in an effort to take advantage of technological developments in increasing the efficiency of activities carried out in each City / Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. With qualitative methods and descriptive approaches, it is hoped that the City of Bekasi and Jambi City will be able to dig deeper into data so that it can be identified a number of public service innovations that have been carried out by Bekasi City and Jambi City. The population in this study are districts / cities that have made innovations in their regions, while the samples in this study are innovations made by Bekasi City and Jambi City in an effort to utilize the latest digital information and communication technology. The result of the PPDB Online innovation is that the admission process of new students runs smoothly, as well as the implementation of online scholarship and PPDB management. Then, the result of the online scholarship is that the process of providing merit scholarship assistance is distributed according to the set quota. Meanwhile, the result of the innovation of the Telephone Sahabat Wanita dan Anak is a complaint service through a psychologist where the psychologist who serves Tesa is ready to serve 24 hours. Where, the function of services through psychologists is Telecunseling Services for Women and Children, Outreach Services, and also Emergency Services. |
