After the implementation of the new environmental protection law, the pressure of environmental protection faced by downhole operation during the oilfield development is unprecedented. In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the well flows in the process of downhole operation, a number of cleaning operation technologies have been studied and applied in domestic onshore oilfields according to the wellhead pressure and well bore overflow during the downhole operation of oil production and water injection wells. Based on the analysis of the main pollution sources during the downhole operation, three types of cleaning operation technologies were introduced. They are the wellbore blowout control technology of water injection well, beam pump well, screw pump well, electric submersible pump well, the online cleaning technology of rod and tubing of sucker rod pumping well, and the matching ground control technology consisted of wellhead liquid collection, ground liquid collection and waste liquid recovery and disposal. The main technical principle and field application of each technology were summarized, and the main problems of current cleaning operation technology were analyzed, and the future development trend and research direction were prospected. |
