Popis: | A procedure is developed for determination of trace amounts of simple aniline, 2- and 4-chloro-anilines, 2,4- and 2,6-dichloroanilines, 2,4,5- and 2,4,6-trichloroanilines in drinking water; it includes the formation of bromo derivatives, solvent extraction with toluene, and gas chromatography monitoring with electron-capture detection. The conditions of bromination for chloroanilines in aqueous solutions are refined; the bromination agent in use is bromine water in the presence of glycine. The analytical range makes 0.01–10 μg/L; relative standard deviation, 0.01–0.08; detection limits, 0.002–0.007 μg/L; and the duration of analysis, 50 min. |
