This paper is designed for the mature project management professional who intends to make risk-based decision making a fundamental, integrating principle of the project's operating processes. This is in contrast to the more common approach of having a separate, standalone process for risk management in which its contribution of information into other decision-making activities is arbitrary. The paper presents advanced integrated quantitative thecniques and tools that have been proven to have high utility to decision-makers.
