| Popis: | Summary A case report of the youngest patient (3½ months) to undergo successful surgical repair of cor triatriatum is presented. The necessity of angiographic studies for diagnosis and cardiopulmonary bypass for repair is stressed. Postoperative hemodynamics are shown to return to near normal levels. |
