Popis: In this paper, we propose a mathematical model with five nonlinear differential equations describing the interactions between HIV, CD4 + T cells, and the adaptive immune response represented by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) cells and the anti- bodies. In addition, the lag between the time when the virus enters a cell and when the cell becomes infected is modeled by a distributed time delay. The global stabil- ity of the steady states od the model is determined by using the direct Lyapunov functional method.
