Popis:	Dysfunctional urination (DU) in children without organic pathology is frequently associated with the onset of mature urination. DU can have a different clinical picture, one of the variants is polyuria in combination with enuresis. The clinical case of a 10-year-old child, who suffered frequent urination with urinary incontinence and almost daily episodes of enuresis for several years, is presented. A step-by-step diagnostic scheme is presented to obtain a general picture of dysfunction and exclude organic pathology. It describes the establishment of a treatment program aimed at the leading links of the identified disorders.
