The object of research is the state regulation of the activities of public catering enterprises. The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop measures to improve state regulation of the activities of public catering enterprises. The work was an analysis of the system of state and municipal regulation of public catering in St. Petersburg. The main disadvantages of regulating the activities of public catering enterprises in St. Petersburg were considered, these include: - lack of available information about the activities of the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision in the field of consumer protection and human well-being in the city of St. Petersburg; - inefficiency of the program regulation method; - the presence of corrupt relationships between regional authorities with the owners of public catering enterprises, which helps to hide violations. In this regard, measures were proposed to improve the regulation of the activities of public catering enterprises in St. Petersburg. |
