Popis:	Because of decreased scleral rigidity of tissue, penetrating keratoplasty in the pediatric age group is difficult. We have applied an early keratoplasty technique of graft fixation with indirect "bridge" or "overlay" sutures to temporarily stabilize the graft and facilitate wound closure.
