Popis: This chapter is dedicated to making some suggestions to address the problem of decision paralysis arising from the actions of the judiciary and executive oversight agencies. It also briefly touches on the evolution of regulatory institutions. It posits the idea of a minimum viable product (MVP) approach in effective policymaking and describes its relevance in the context of policymaking. It provides illustrative examples of public issues where an iterative approach starting with an MVP can be effective. It offers some suggestions on designing for scaling of complex public policies. Finally, it provides some suggestions for simplication of policy design.
